We think 72 is the most important number in golf.

In a regular game of 18 holes, they score based on 72 strokes. Like the number 72, we wanted to become a standard for a new paradigm of golf culture, so we wanted it to be read everywhere as ‘Chill.sea.bee’, as it is in pronounced in Korean.

We wanted our values to be projected on every English word that are marked in ‘chill.sea.bee’.

“chill” is our utopia, where we want golf to be a leisure enjoyed with good people.

“sea” is a metaphor representing the environment and containing the will as a conscious brand, and “bee” symbolizes a gathering of golfers who sympathize with our thoughts and enjoy a conscious golf culture.

We think a name has the power to convey.

We hope that the good will continue as our wish that the name bears.

72는 골프에서 가장 중요한 숫자라고 생각합니다.

18홀 정규 홀에서 72타 기준으로 스코어가 좌우 되니까요.

72라는 숫자처럼 골프문화의 새로운 패러다임의 기준이 되고 싶어 우리나라의 발음기호 그대로 어느 곳에든 “칠씨비”로 읽히기를 바랐습니다.

거기에 “칠씨비"를 표기하는 영단어마다 우리의 가치관도 투영되어 있죠.

“chill”은 골프가 좋은 사람들과 향유하며 여류롭게 즐기는 레저가 되길 바라는 우리의 이상향.

“sea”는 환경을 대변하는 메타포로서 의식 있는 브랜드로서의 의지를 담고 있으며 “bee”는 이러한 우리의 생각에 공감하며 이토록 멋진 골프문화를 즐기는 골퍼들의 모임을 상징합니다.
